You are getting this error because you antivirus is blocking it in your system, you will need to exempt and restore it back to your fightcade from Quarantine.

In norton, there is an option to Quarantine restore.

To fix this, just exempt the gd.dll and lua51.dll from your operating systmem antivirus protection.
