CAN'T CHALLENGE USER YOUBUG DUE TO REGION RESTRICTIONS

I love to play street fighter and today I challenged this user called YOUBUG and I received a message from fightcade. the message said: CAN'T CHALLENGE USER YOUBUG DUE TO REGION RESTRICTIONS

So what does this mean?

It appears that Fightcade has implemented a restrictions based on where you are located in parts of the world. For example, this user YOUBUG is in Korea, but I suspect he is using a VPN and he might be in europe thus restricting the routing configuration of his setup. I am not sure though. Only the folks at Fighcade can confirm that.

I was really suprised to see this message because I have never seen it before. But I think that just means the system doesn't allow him to play. I think there might be an issue with the IP address he is spoofing, that could be a possibility. I did not find any information in the FAQs or documentation about this error.

If anyone knows, please let me know because if I can't play these users, then the system should just hide them from my view.
