Your Domain Management Account has been assigned a default password. This default password is included below in this message. As this e-mail message is not encrypted, we advise that you get started with your new account by changing your password as soon as possible. The new password that you create should NOT be a word that is found in any dictionary. Good security starts with a good password.

To learn how to change your password, visit our "Getting Started" user guide at:

http://support.hosting.verio.com/gsg.asp?LEVEL=1&L1=4&N1=Getting+Started

3. MANAGING YOUR DOMAIN NAME(S)

Your account provides you with a tool called the Domain Manager. This tool allows you to manage all domain names that are registered through your account, including renewals and non-renewals. We HIGHLY recommend you review our Domain Manager tool on-line user guide. You can review that guide by going to:

http://support.hosting.verio.com/gsg.asp?LEVEL=1&L1=102&N1=Domain+Manager+Tool

4. RENEWAL BILLING

As a reminder, the Terms and Conditions you agreed to when registering your domain name(s) outlined the domain name renewal policy, which is AUTOMATIC RENEWALS. The renewal of your domain name(s) will take place automatically when due and occur separately from any web hosting services you may have as long as a valid credit card is on file at the time of the renewal.

At least 30 days prior to the domain name renewal date, we will send an e-mail message to the contact address that we have on file for your account. The e-mail message will remind you of the renewal date of your domain name. Renewal and non-renewal instructions will be included in that e-mail message. It is your responsibility to manage your domain name billing. There are NO REFUNDS for domain name registrations or renewals.

5. UPGRADING YOUR SERVICES
