Adding "127.0.0.1 facebook dot com " to the hosts file would be the easiest. Yet Facebook will continue working through proxy.

facebook.com uses port 80, however, if you block port http prot 80 on your firewall, you will also block any website. what you need to do is filter facebook. in your firewall settings, there should be an section for filtering or it might be called url filtering.
