Can A 50 Year Old Man Still Be Shy?

i am a single 50 year old man who lives alone in California. one day i showed up to work and i had an email from my manager saying that all employees are required to take a CPR class. so i enlisted myself to the local college.

at the class, there were about 20 people, half the class were young woman in their 20s. i couldn't help but look at them because they look so young and beautiful. one day, i was staring at this beautiful blond but as soon as she caught me looking at her, i turned away. all my life i have been shy. i can't get over my shyness.

so if you are wondering can a 50 year old man like me can still be shy around women, the answer is YES.

i dont know why i am shy.
