last week i was trying to see some music videos at att.yahoo and everytime i tried to see a video i would get a short vid that said: the clip you've requested is currently unavailable, please stay tune for the next clip." i can't see any viddeo" and then it showed some commercial and then it gave me the same message again.

so i contacted yahoo to see if they could help me and this is what they replied back:

clearing my cache and my cookies didn't work. so i finally started messing with my computer to see what could prevent this.. so i reset all my internet explorer setting to the defaults including security. i tried to play the music video again and it still didn't work

can you guys give me some clue as to how i can fix this..
