does anyone know what this error means,
i was trying to reach my account at:
https://www.bayareafastrak.org/vector/forte/cgi_bin/forteisapi.dll?serviceName=ETCAccountWebSO&templateName=accounts/AccountLogin.html
then i get this:
ForteISAPI Request Failure
has anyone else gotten this error before?
I NEED YOUR HELP!!

The web server that your lovely DOT/Toll collection agency has sucks and can't handle the amount of users trying to access it. They collect ridiculous toll fees and have a half-web server running. The computer your reading this from is probably more powerful.

SERVER OVERLOAD! 10/30/11- 8pm PDT-end of billing cycle, sunday night, people checking their account.
Fastrak's way of saying: "F-you, We do not care about customer service...WE are a monopoly. We don't care, WE don't have to. We charge lots of money and we will only pay for a low usage server. Screw you customer/client," or whatever term they now use.

this variable is used to tune webenterprise operation in heavy load situations. it specifies
the maximum number of simultaneous requests that the forte plug-ins will accommodate.
the value of the variable is an integer. by default, the fortensapi and forteisapi plug-ins
support a maximum of 4x simultaneous requests (for example server threads). in practice,
this variable should only be adjusted in production deployment environments.

Getting the same error at FastTrak repeatedly. They have some of the worst customer service on the planet.
