Today I received a letter from your organization, and I want to express my concern regarding the way it was presented. Under normal circumstances, I immediately discard any mail that arrives without my name on it, as this is a common characteristic of spam or fraudulent solicitations. Unfortunately, the envelope I received from CMRE Financial Services Inc. fell into that category.

 

The return address did not include your company name, which raises questions about transparency and intent. As a business owner who regularly works with reputable debt collection agencies, I can say with confidence that legitimate firms identify themselves clearly. Transparency is essential in this industry. When customers know who is contacting them and why, they are far more likely to respond and resolve outstanding balances.

 

Because the envelope appeared intentionally vague, I treated it as suspicious and discarded it. If I were selecting a collection agency to represent my business, this type of approach would not meet my standards. Clear communication and honest presentation are fundamental to maintaining trust with consumers.
