No. After a certain age, you can (and, in my opinion, you should). That age is different in different states and different countries. If you worried, you can always bring a friend whose an adult or even your age, just make sure it's someone you trust.

nope. there is a confidentiality thing i'm pretty sure. plus they really cant tell if you did. i mean... i can see if you were like a crackhead and they found that out... but no. you're pretty much safe :)
