i have a 10 yr old son who is complaining about pain in his lower right side under his ribs and feels sick. it happened last year but nothing was done and now it is back. it has put him in tears. b-4 i take him in i wanted to get an opinion on what it could be. he is very athletic. what should i do since they didn't do anything last year?thanks.

i have been having really bad sharp pains in my lower right side of my stomach. its been going on since yesterday afternoon when i was walking home from school. i havnt been throwing up or running a fever, i just feel really sick to the stomach, and also im getting sharp pains right up under my navel, and when i press just slightly then let go, it hurts like hell. what could this be, please help me.

i have had my gallblader out and a hurnia removed from my belly button and plus 20 years ago i had a 11 pound baby,,then 13 years ago i had a 8lb50z baby they had to cut out scar tissue and i guess it was bad enough they had to cut it out to get to my baby boy,now i am having pain's in my stomach and by my belly button and my right side and i don't have insurance and i wanted to know if anyone could tell me what it might be i just hope its not scar tissue or my appendix.thanks

my son complained of tummy trouble everyone thougt he had the flu and was being over dramatic after he cried for few hours took him to hospital he had to have his apendix removed the same day nothing to play with he is only 7 years old if you have pain in right side get checked please

i was recently in the hospital because of appendicitis. i had pains on both sides. the doctors told me the appendix could possibly be on either side but it was very rare.

i have been suffering a painful sharp sensation in my lower right hand side it is very painful and i have visited the doctors. he told me that if it gets any worse i should visit hospital. if your pain is truly unbearable then you should visit a hospital soon, all they will do is take a blood sample and prod you every so often to see your condition.

i have been experiancing over the last day and a half a pain that first showed up all over my abdamon... i was experiancing nausia, disiness and not wanting to eat. the pain wasn't that strong more uncomfortable. about 3 hours ago the pain started to increase and slowly area in which i was experiancing this resigned to below my belly button and to the right side. every now and then there is a pain in my left side but rarely. i have pains when i lean to the right side while siting up. still the pains aren't that severe. that is why i am not sure if it is an apendicitous. your sujestions would be appreciated. also i am expecting my period in about 1 week.

hi, i have been suffering with side and abdominal pains for over 5 years, they come and they go, and for the last year they seem to worsen, and don't ease up.... been to dr. after dr. and several specialists, and in and out of the hospitals and no one can find out what is wrong with me... xrays/ultra sounds, m r i's, and ivp, colonoscaphy, and they cannot find anything. could this be my appendix? i am 18 years old and sooooo sick all the time. i have no life.

the test they do for appendicitis is called a ct scan, it cost $4600.00. my insurance only paid 2000.00 im stuck with the rest and it wasnt appendicitis. it was a cyst on my ovary.

i have a bloating pain on the lower left side of my stomach...ive taken stool softner,colan clensersand 2 enemas thinking it was constipation but it still wont go away it feels like somthing lodged in my intestine or somthing what do i do

hello, my name is jamie, and i'm really hoping that someone will get back to me about this, because i've been suffering with some intense symptoms for almost two years now, and i'm pretty sure it's not appendicitis. i have been having severe pain in the right side of my pelvis, and it radiates straight through to my back, and makes me completely miserable...this started in november of 2007, and is still going on today. i have been tested for endomitriosis, but told that the scarring on my uterus is not enough to cause the level of pain i am having. i have had about 4 cat scans to be tested for appendicitis, which were all negative. i have also had a few ultrasounds to see if i possibly had a ruptured ovarian cyst, but those were also negative. a few doctors have even treated me like i am just crazy or even worse, just drug-seeking. i am now on methodone for the pain. i don't know what to do or who to turn to for answers. can you help? any answers or ideas you could give me would be a blessing. thank you.

i had appendix and didn;t too serously and by the time i find out it was burst inside os my body. doctor told i could have been dead. for a year i was good but for some reason im having the same pain and feel kind of heavy on the spot of surgery i don;t know what cousing this. im really hoping if somebody get me back with an answer.

i've also had pains between my belly button and my right hip. it hurts most when i walk up lots of stairs and when i have to pee and it's been going on for 3 days. can somebody please tell me what is going on?
