There's this guy in my gym class, i can't help but feel himself staring at me all the time, mostly when im not noticing but when i do catch a glimpse of him staring, he just looks away, and sometimes he'll just continue on staring at me feeling like its been more than 20 minutes

That means you are hot! It is amazing to see a beautiful face in person. Usually we only get to see them in pictures. So take it as a compliment. Although I have had one girl say to may, "What the f - at - #$ are you staring at?" I said, "you are just so pretty." Then she didn't mind.
