Friendster doesnt let you create templates anymore, but if you still want to know, this is how you do it.
the templates in friendster were really cool. I used to use some really cool css. Friendster used to allow you to set up templates on your profile. it was really cool. I learned alot from the css propertiers i used to set on my profile and impress my friend that visited my website. but now that friendster is not the same friendster it was, i dont know, i havent joined at all.
