do you by any chance have a simple script where it has a form for a user to enter the url of an image and then upload to your wesbite instead of uploading the picture file from your computer?
i've seen this on some galleries, and i want to know how to do it with a simple php script.

you can do it with the fwrite and fopen functions in php but your webhosti must allowe it
if(!fwrite(fopen($path.$filename, 'x'), $fcc)){

why don’t you check in the sites for free forum hosting…..there i’m sure they will help you. as far as images are concerned i have always uploaded them from 2and2.net ; my image hosting site.
