How To Send Pix Configuration Backup To Tftp Server

hello, i read your post about configuring the firewall cisco pix and doing the back up file with ftfp server but i forgot where to find it, can you tell me how to get it back. i meant to book mark it and now i need to make a backup copy of the configuration file because my boss in on my butt and i totally forgot how to do it and i remember there was a post here on your site on how i can create a backup file incase i need it for an emergency. please help me
