i was arrested for domestic violence. for a 1/2 inch scratch on a man whom was living in my home. the police believe him and took him side. so was asked to come down to the police car the police never read me my rights, they handcuffed me i was scared to death. took me to jail finger printed the whole nine yards. i have never been in trouble in my whole life i'm 48 yrs old. i had to pay 100.00 to get out that night, and ind another week pay 455.00 fine. i guess my question is did i commit a felony or misdemeanor? in my case i feel thing were not done fairly on my part.

i was stopped by the highway patrol, when i asked what i did wrong, the cop couldnt find anything to charge me with so he ticket me because my license plate was not on the front bumper, i had it on the right bottom of my windshield which is legal, so i pointed to him that's where my license plates were, but he said, you're lucky im not giving you a speeding ticket.

you know, all my life i have to put up with stuff like that. but my friends, dont get discourage. keep on strong. i know that being a police person is not easy, i guess that day just wasn't my day. is it fair? no, its not, but thats life. what can i do?
