very often find myself thinking about the word legislation because I can't remember the workd regulation that I often read on many of my certification courses i have take through the year. so i am posting this page here to help me remember what legislation and regulation are because some how i think they are the same today i just found out that they are not the same thing so in order to not confuse myself anymore i will write this page here as a reminder about the word REGULATION.
NO, they are not the same:
Legislative means having the power to make laws.
Regulation is a rule or directive made and maintained by an authority.
