last month i started this new job. i was in charge of a restaurant. i never worked in a restaurant so i dont know how i can determine how many people can a waiter serve. i found there's actually a formula for determining how many waiters you need for the size of the restaurant, this is the formula i use
p = 8/w
p: people
w: waiters

so basically the rule of thumb a waiter should not server more than 8 people. at least that number worked for me. there might be other formulas, if anyone knows of others, please let me know so i can learn from you
