im a big dumb guy. i deleted a file which i desperately need right now and i dont know how to get it back. if you can help me to guide me on how i can retrieve previously deleted files what would be great. i need to learn in retriving my deleted files.

i downloaded a film but i deleted "shift delete" so how can i get??????????/
