last night my computer crashed when i disconnected the batter charger from my laptop when all of the sudden i get blue screen fro windows. i rebooted but it didnt boot up to windows. i rebooted for the second time and the second time, windows completed loaded, and then i got this error from norton internet security.

i got the same error but in a new windows that loooks different from yours, maybe because i have a newer version, but the error says the same. i updated but no luck, any other suggestions you have?
