windows server 2003 error in active directory

hi i just leased a dedicated windows server and im getting this error when i try to open active directory:

Windows cannot connect to the new domain for the following reason:
The server is not operational

if you are tyring to connect to a domain controller running windows 200, verify that windows 2000 server service pack 3 or later is installed on the domain controller, or use the windows 200 administration tools, for more information about connecting to domain controllers running windows 2000, see help and surppot

i hate windows. sucks.. please help

yeah, of course.

i contacted support at www.webune.com and they troubleshoot with me.

i feel so dumb.. gues what it was..

it turned out that i had one of my network interface down. so i just had to enabled it.

basically, there was no network connectivity for the domain controller
