i felt sorry for the poor dolphins. and felt anger for the fisherman..
but we do the same thing with our cows.
if i had a choice, i would like the dolfins to be stopped from being killed. one thing is good that atleast they are killing the dolphins to eat and not just throw away the food.
my anger is that all these people benefit from the killings. and i can't help wonder what are they giving back to keep the dolphin population in good health.
the reporter asked a japanese official why dont they stop this slaughtering, he said because as long as the town can benefit from business, it will continue because the dolphins are not endangered. so what, they gonna wait till they all are gone? i mean, if you're gonna benefit from the killings of animals, atleast give something back in return to that spicies.
so many corporations have logos with animals on them, yet they dont do anything for the conservation of that animal. they benefit for free. i think there should be a law that if you are going to benefit from animals, you should contribute to the help of that animal.
for example, there is this company callged ING DIRECT, they have this logo that has a lion on it. i bet they dont do anything to help the lions in africa.
