Transferring A Domain From One Domain Register To Another

thanks for sending me the tutorial on transferring a domain from one domain register to another registar, i have godaddy but now i want to know how i can change the nameserver..

it was easy to tranfer my wallpaper domain name with networksolutions to godaddy, and when i did, i didnt' have to pay anything which is nice cuz i was not happy with them, they were charging me too much. how did you find out if your wallpaper go transfered?
