i was trying to reach my account at:

then i get this:
ForteISAPI Request Failure
has anyone else gotten this error before?
I NEED YOUR HELP!!
if you have comments or complaints about this error, please reply to my post, i want to get as many comments so i can show them what problems people are having with their systems and perhaps they will listen to me next time.

Nov 6, 2011 - same thing!! They must be running on some crappy server with low RAM and an unlicensed OS. I wish that these orgs would use their funds for IT and not BS. Arrrrgh!

I tried many times to contact, but everytime I met the answering machine. I want to access my account, but I am unable to log in. I have all the information,I need to put in,but the system does not work and I get the error message.

SERVER OVERLOAD! 10/30/11- 8pm PDT-end of billing cycle, sunday night, people checking their account.

I have been getting the same message when trying to pay the fine. Very frustrating. Just as frustrating as the encrypted rule for crossing their bridge.

LunkerBunk already answered your questions. There is nothing you can do on your end. I got the same message tonight, and I doubt anything is going to be fixed until Fastrak's techies come to work tomorrow and reboot their web server or something.

FORTE_WWW_MAX_THREADS, appears as I try and access my account. Obviously no one so far has been helpful in explaining whether there is anything we can do on our end, or is the problem within EZPASS. It's presidents day so calling them isn't an option.
If anyone knows how to solve this, please let me know.

The web server that your lovely DOT/Toll collection agency has sucks and can't handle the amount of users trying to access it. They collect ridiculous toll fees and have a half-web server running. The computer your reading this from is probably more powerful.

There were a lot of problem in opening my account today.Apart from the above,they kept saying the validation code which I entered was not correct.
