retrieve deleted folder not in recycle bin

is it possible to get back some folders i deleted my mistake. i checked the recycle bin and they are not there no more

my friend said there is a way but im not sure how to get it back, and i really dont want to hack my computer cuz i know im going to make it worst. i heared that if you edit your registry with the regedit command there is a field which you can change the settings so you can see all the deleted files.

anyone has any ideas on how i can get my files back

how can i get back my deleted folders even in the recycle bin?i was told that there is somewhere i can take them back but i dont know how,
