check this out


you should create 'logs' subdirectory in /usr/www/APACHE3/site.toddle/htdocs/
also this directory should have write permissions for 'nobody' user
and I recommend you to write full path here:
ErrorLogs /usr/www/APACHE3/site.toddle/logs/error_log
