How To Restart Apache Server Linux Shell Command With Httpd Start Stop Unix

in you are an web master or web admin, one command you will use often is the one to start, stop and restart your apache server with the following linux / unix shell comand:

CODE:
/etc/init.d/httpd restart

cannot remove var/run/httpd/h Permission denied.
is it because i do not have the root access ??? if so, how to restart without root access ?

Yes it works.

but I got this:
------------------- httpd: httpd: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 10.8.81.49 for ServerName
[ OK ]
----------------------- could be the reason?

can be used to restart
