finding out who the owner of a domain is easy.

there are many websites that provide you this service for free.

one website i use is: whois.net

when you go there, enter the domain name for example: wallpaperama.com

in the "WHOIS Lookup" field, enter the domain name you want to know who the domain name belongs to then click Go

then it will show you the name of the person who owns the domain name and their information and contact email phone address etc..
