can you tell if you hymen is broken?

im a 21 year old virgin and i was wondering if there is a way to find out whether or not your hymen has been broken before or after having sex?

but i guess you would have to use a mirror?

it may be difficult to see if your hymen is broken depending upon the type of hymen you have. some are very stretchy, some are convoluted and folded, some only cover part of the vaginal opening. knowing whether it was broken before or after sex is even more difficult if you don't look at it directly after the sexual encounter and find recent wounds. it is a rumor that hymens are easily broken by riding bikes or other physical activity so if your hymen is broken, it was probably from some sort of sexual activity.

why don't a bunch of girls take pictures of their hymens and post them here. we can then try to guess whether or not they are virgins... now that would be fun and educational.
