go to youtube dot com .Then go to the video that you like to put on friendster.Then under of the video,there an "embed" button.Click it.And then,u will see 3 boxes and one of it was "Use old embed code".Check the box.Then copy the code.Then put it on your media box on Friendster.Finish!
