Vbulletins is knows for this. Specially if you have a large site.
To alliviate this issue, change your memory form 8M to 16M
If you are a Webune Managed Customer, webune will do this change for you at no charge. Please contact our Sales team if you currently do not have Webune's Managed Services to get a quote. Otherwise, you can try to do it yourself by following these steps:
1. open your php.ini file
2. find and edit the line containing "memory_limit" the defaul is 8M, change it to 16M, if later on you have to change it again, please note you must change it in this order: 8,16,32,64,128,256 and so on. But if you get to 256, then your problem may be something else
