ERROR : The Specified Network Name Is No Longer Available

i have windows xp computer and i keep getting this error:

"The specified network name is no longer available"

can anyone give me some advise on how to fix this?

i have to pc, they are connected to each other
when i ping to eachother reply is come, but when i access to pc error is come that is The specified network name is no longer available"
