hi, i am currently incharge of a small network and many users are reporting to me that they are able to send outgoing e-mail but can't receive any e-email. what should i do?

PORT 110 is for inbound traffic (POP3)

PORT 25 is for outbond (SMTP)

i checked, and for email, i have port 25 enabled

if you have a firewall in your network, then you need to ensure that inbound traffic on port 110 is permitted on the firewall.

yes i do, i have a cisco pix firewall..
