HI, THIS YEAR I JUST FOUND OUT THAT MY EMPLOYER IS NOT GIVING ME A W2 FORM NOR A 1099, WELL, HES NOT REALLY MY EMPLOYER, HES JUST SOMEONE I WORK FOR. CAN I FILE A TAX RETURN IF MY BOSS IS NOT FILING TAXES ON ME

OH YEAH, THERE IS NO WAY GETTING OUR OF PAYING TAXES. YOU WILL HAVE TO REPORT YOUR EARNINGS.
