How Do You Set Up Outlook With Att.net

you guys have great tutorials. i need a little bit of help setting up my outlook email program on my windows computer. i have att.net email account and before, i used to be able to download all my emails to my outlook express. that was like a year ago. now i have a new computer and this computer comes with windows microsoft office outlook. i want to setup my outlook to download all the email from my inbox to my computer. but there is something new with att email. the old email is gone and now it seems they have outsourced the email to yahoo - so now i have no idea how i can configure my computer to download all my emails from the att server. can you help?
