Insallation Stuck On Expanding Windows Files (0%)

so i started to install my windows 7 on my computer and it seems to be stuck on:

installation windows...

that's all the information we need right now. you computer will restart several times during installation.

copying windows files
expanding windows files (0%)
installing features
installing updates
completing installation

so if u are also at this step. dont worry. depending on how fast ur computer is. you have to wait. this step just takes a while to load. even my computer has a ssd drive. i still had to wait like 5minutes to starting increasing the percentage. and it took another 5m inutes to get to 100%
