Yahoo Music Videos Error The Clip You've Requested Is Unavailable [ Visit Post ]

last week i was trying to see some music videos at att.yahoo and everytime i tried to see a video i would get a short vid that said: the clip you've requested is currently unavailable, please stay tune for the next clip." i can't see any viddeo" and then it showed some commercial and then it gave me the same message again. so i contacted yahoo to see if they could help me and this is what they replied back: Hello, Thank you for contacting us about the problem you are experiencing with Yahoo! i know yahoo uses lots of cookies, so do this * open the control panel * click on "privacy control" * you will see a message that says "prevent your private information-such as credit card numbers, email addresses, and cookies from reaching the internet. * right below this message you will see a check box that says "enable privacy" make sure is not checked * now go back to yahoo music and try it again

yes, i have norton's firewall enabled, when i disabled it, it works. what do i need to change in my firewall settings, cuz i don't want to have to disabled it just to watch videos, i rather not watch them at all than risk my computer..

do you have a firewall installed on your computer or do you have your windows firewall enabled?
