Manuel Uribe, the worldn't fattest man will get an operation to reduce his weight. I think he weights like 1200 pound, that's almost half a ton. take a look at this picture photo.

Manuel Uribe, 40 years old, has been in his bed for the past 5 years and can't stand on his own. He will take a flight to Modena Italy from Monterey, Mexico to get a bypass surgery for free.
"I can't walk. I can't leave my bed," said Manuel.
Manule pleaded for help this year on a Mexican show, who said he weigh 290 pounds until the age of 22 but did not know what happened to him. When the show was aired, it drew attention of an itilian doctor: Giancarlo De Bernardinis from Italy who visited Mexico with his medical team of doctors to visit Manuel.
Dr. Bernardinis plans to perform surgery on Manuel this month, but flying Manuel to Europe, will be a difficult task, and may not be ready for it.

El Giancarlo De Bernardinis planea operar a Manuel este mes, pero lo dificil va hacer el viaje de manuel desde Monterey hacia Modena Italia para obtener la operaccion.
